The part that actually matters
What we see in Pingree Grove homes
When the houses here were built decides what fails, how long prep takes, and what a job costs. This is Pingree Grove specifically, not a generic service area paragraph.
Most of the village is 2005 and newer. Vinyl and fiber cement exteriors in good condition, drywall interiors, engineered trim, and painted or lightly stained builder cabinets. Structurally there is very little to fix, which changes the entire nature of the conversation.
That means the work is almost entirely elective and interior: color changes, accent walls, a nursery, a home office, a basement finish getting its first real paint.
